Consent to Personal Data Processing

By ticking "I consent to the processing of my personal data" when signing up for DraftRoute, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data under Article 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", on the following terms.

1. Controller

Maxim Eduardovich Lipatnikov, individual entrepreneur, INN 434587543075, Moscow, Russia. Email: support@draftroute.app.

2. Purpose

Signing up for and providing access to DraftRoute (tool and equipment tracking), identifying me and signing me in, running the Service's features, sending service emails (password reset, staff invitations, notices of changes to the terms), customer support, and keeping the Service secure.

3. Personal data covered

Name (as I entered it), email address, phone number (if given), profile photo (if uploaded), role in the company, company name, IP address and technical details of my device and browser, and records of my actions in the Service.

4. Processing operations and methods

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, adaptation (updating, alteration), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the parties listed in section 5, blocking, erasure and destruction. Processing is automated, with no decisions based solely on automated processing.

5. Processors

Timeweb JSC, Saint Petersburg, Russia — server hosting and email delivery. Data is stored on servers in the Russian Federation.

6. Duration and withdrawal

This consent is valid from sign-up until the account or company is deleted, or until I withdraw it. I can withdraw it at any time by emailing support@draftroute.app from my account's email address. After withdrawal the controller stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days unless another legal basis applies (Art. 9(2) and Art. 21(5) of 152-FZ). I understand that the Service cannot be used after withdrawal.

7. Other

I have read the Privacy Policy, which describes the processing and my rights in detail. Data about staff, sites and tools that my company enters into the Service is processed on behalf of the company as its controller and is not covered by this consent.
