FAQ
Do we need to install anything?
No. DraftRoute runs in the browser on computers and phones. On a phone you can add it to the home screen and it opens like a regular app.
What if there's no internet on site?
Sites, tools and history stay visible offline. Transfers and status changes are saved on the phone and sent automatically once the connection is back.
Where is our data stored?
On servers with encryption and daily backups. Only your company’s staff can see its data.
Everything's in Excel. Do we retype it?
No. Upload your spreadsheet and map the columns — hundreds of items move over in a couple of minutes.
Which printer do we need for labels?
A regular printer with self-adhesive A4 sheets, or a thermal label printer. Popular sheet and tape sizes are built in.
What happens after April 1, 2027?
We will announce prices at least 30 days ahead. Nothing is charged without your decision, and you can export your data at any time.
How do we delete our data?
An admin deletes the company with all its data and files in the settings — immediately and permanently.
